REFUND POLICY

At SANIQUE, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
✓ You received a damaged product
✓ You received a wrong product
✓ The product has a manufacturing defect

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue at hello@saniquestore.online

Non-Returnable Items
✗ Change of mind or dislike of product
✗ Slight color variation due to screen differences
✗ Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
✗ Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will:
✓ Offer a free replacement, OR
✓ Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is dispatched and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide to USA, UK, India, Australia, China and more. Delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location.
